Tap once to start the power bar, again to lock it, and a third time to throw.
Assist halves both meter speeds. Precision aim stops them moving altogether and lets you set them a notch at a time with the arrow keys. Runs played with either are practice, never ranked, and the change takes effect on the next run. Preferences stay on this device.
